Since 1976 I have been fortunate to play the cello with this vibrant, committed orchestra. Throughout my work life in post-secondary administration and nursing, playing with fellow musicians has been a constant joy. As a volunteer I maintain a database of past and present concert details. In the 2019-2020 season we formed the Civic Alumni Group consisting of past players and their partners, and conductors. The purpose of this group is to recognize the considerable contributions they have made over their years with the Civic. They meet each other socially at each concert.
